About the event
The group meeting in November included updates from Mark Hilton, Executive Director for Policy at London First. Mark provided updates from the Home Office advisory committee for migration, as well as advice on the recent MAC call for evidence. He also spoke about changes to regulations for entrepreneurs and students wanting to establish start-ups.
Following the success of UniVenture19, the group also began to look ahead to 2020, and possible events to promote the excellent work of London’s universities, including a joint exhibition with AccessHE’s BAME Forum, to highlight BAME student entrepreneurs in the capital.
