About the event
HEIs are facing increasing pressure to meet the needs of both their students and their workforce, whilst also facing unprecedented technological, political and economic uncertainty. By embracing intentional change, HR teams can meet the needs of both the university, its workforce and the wider society, with a digital core enabling and accelerating this change. The future of HR in Higher Education will provide HE sector HR leaders with the opportunity to discuss how HR functions can adapt to play a key strategic role in driving the future of HEIs.
This interactive session will explore four key areas:
- How industry, business and the higher education sector is changing and what the higher education workforce of the future is likely to look like
- How HR in higher education can respond and be a key strategic driver in supporting the university by ensuring it has the required workforce needed to be fit for the future
- How HR teams can structure themselves and how digital enablement can be used to ensure that teams are best placed to provide ongoing support
- The future case for change
Further information including speakers will be confirmed shortly.
